  3. Monthly 1 hour Zoom meeting with Owner / PIC for strategic planning and goal setting. Let's do more of what is working and fix what isn't.

  4. Weekly (Up to 1Hour) Zoom meeting with pharmacy staff for program implementation initially continued by long term accountability.

  5. Rinse & Repeat depending on individual owners goals and objectives.
